One‑year Certified Facilitator Training in ethical, science‑backed breathwork, Conscious Connected breathwork, for those committed to being trained to the standards that excellent practice demands.
A hybrid, year‑long training devoted to raising standards and protecting the integrity of this modality.
Become a Certified Breathwork Facilitator equipped to hold deep, lasting change safely through bi‑weekly seminars, one‑to‑one mentoring, live case studies, and a five‑day in‑person qualifying assessment to ground you in confident, embodied practice.
This training exists to support your evolution as a breathwork facilitator, someone who can hold space with the rigour and confidence this modality asks of us.
You will learn to hold Conscious Connected Breathwork in groups and one-to-one. You will study the science of breath, not as theory, but as instrument, and be equipped to use it as a tool for deeper self-discovery and relief, moving beyond the confines of the mind and developing a skill to work with the body's own articulation.
This training is for you if you are called to hold space for others as they meet the edges of their own limitations, and find their way through them. It is for those who want to know, in their own body, the capacity breath has to change our relationship with life itself.
EXPLORE OUR TRAINING
Breathwork is not a trend. It is a potent, physiologically active intervention that can open what cannot easily be closed. In the wrong hands, that isn’t a limitation; it’s vulnerable.
This school was built in response to a responsibility: to protect this modality, deepen its integrity, and expand its reach in genuinely equipped hands.
Here, you learn breath as a precise, integrative practice through foundational breath and Conscious Connected Breathwork rooted in anatomy, neuroscience, trauma‑informed care, and lived clinical experience, so your sessions become safer, deeper, and more effective.
This school is intentionally small, designed for practitioners who are already working with people and want to add a robust breathwork modality to what they do.
It’s for therapists, coaches, nutritionists, somatic practitioners, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, and other wellness and mental‑health professionals whose current work hits a ceiling and who want to work with breath, trauma, and nervous‑system regulation at a deeper, more integrated level.
If you're disillusioned by breathwork trends, by training marketed through footage of dramatic release because drama sells rather than because it reflects the work, and want science‑backed, ethically grounded training that honours both the complexity of the body and the depth of human experience, this school was built with you in mind.
